It also has a 6 kV ring wave surge design for protection against voltage spikes and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +60°C (-40°F to +140°F). Additionally, it features a 15 PSI weather-tight seal, preventing image pixelation with digital cable, boosting antenna (OTA) signals for distribution to multiple TVs, and potentially improving cable modem performance and HDTV reception.
